The church does not have a graveyard.Church History
Originally erected 1874; a new church built 1894 at cost of £2100. It closed in 1952. The main building was demolished in 2010, although the adjoining Sunday Schoolroom is now used by Barrow Christian Fellowship.In 1907 the United Methodist Free Church merged with the Methodist New Connexion and the Bible Christians to form the United Methodist Church.
In 1932 the United Methodists joined with the Wesleyan Methodists and the Primitive Methodists to form the Methodist Church of Great Britain.
