Description and Travel

Salmonby is both a village and a parish in the Wold hills, 5.5 miles northeast of Horncastle, ten miles south of Louth and eight miles northwest of Spilsby. Tetford parish lies to the northeast and Somersby parish to the south. The parish covers only about 1,000 acres.
