Description and Travel

Washingborough is both a village and a parish which lies 132 miles north of London on the south bank of the River Witham just a few miles eastsoutheast of Lincoln in Lincolnshire, just northwest of Heighington. Heighington is a township in the parish. Branston parish is to the south. The parish covers about 2,600 acres.
