Each person has up to 2 votes and a horizontal bar indicates which people they voted for (only some of which have been transcribed).

Note that many of the Hundreds etc. finish part way down a page particularly where people voted at the wrong booths. The original page numbers for the majority are maintained but if there are 2 or more Hundreds etc. on a page then they are given suffixes "-A" for first, "-B" for second etc.
Those who voted at the wrong booth (all listed below with original page numbers) have been moved to their correct Hundred and Parish and renumbered accordingly with a cross reference showing old and new (used in index) page numbers.

- 3. "Norwich City and County of the City" are not in the book as it was a County election.
- 4. People who voted at the wrong booths are also included in transcriptions of their correct Hundreds and have been placed in their correct Parishes (and indexed as such).
- 5. This entry only appears here as STERNINGHOE does not appear in any gazetteer? Note Crouse has this as "Stanhoe, Smithdon Hundred"
- 6. This is assumed to be Wiggenhall St. Mary Magdalen as "MAUDLIN" is assumed to be the place name.
