"CHELMARSH (or CHILMARSH), a parish in the Bridgnorth division of the hundred of Stottesdon, a vicarage discharged, in the diocese of Hereford, the deanery of Stottesdon' and archdeaconry of Salop. 72 houses, 108 inhabitants. 8½ miles south south-east of Bridgnorth.

" SUTTON, a township in the parish of Chelmarsh, and in the Chelmarsh division of the hundred of Stottesdon."
