"STOKE SAY, a parish in the lower division of the hundred of Munalow, a vicarage discharged, in the diocese of Hereford, the deanery of Ludlow, and archdeaconry of Salop. 100 houses, 564 inhabitants. 7 miles north-west of Ludlow,"

"ALDON, a township in the parish of Stoke Say, and in the lower division of the hundred of Munslow. 5½ miles north-west of Ludlow."

"WETTLETON (or WATLINGTON), a township in the parish of Stoke Say, and in the lower division of the hundred of Munslow, 6½ miles north-west by north of Ludlow.
