BIRTH

17 July, at Bindachull, near Mirzapore, North-west province, India, the wife of Mr Richard S BRUNDELL, assistant engineer, East Indian railway, of a daughter.

DEATHS

29 August, aged 29 years, Mr James CAMERON, ,jun., of Wells street, St Helen's, Ipswich, only son of Mr CAMERON, Ironfounder, of Beccles.

30 August, at Yarmouth, Mrs Ann WOODS, aged 70 years.

8 September, at Reydon, by the Rev William FRENCH, assisted by the Rev J F NOOTT [sic!], James ROBERTS, Esq., to Isabel, youngest daughter of Frederick ALEXANDER, Esq., of the Grove.

9 September, at Leiston Church, by the Rev, J C BLATHWAYT, M.A., Rayner, fourth son of the late Harcourt RUNNACLES, Esq., of Harwich, to Mary, second daughter of Mr L O COTTINGHAM, of Leiston Hall, Saxmundham.

DEATHS

3 September, at Bungay, aged 78, much respected, Mr Nathaniel TAYLOR, cabinet- maker.

7 September, at Bildeston, aged 66, Elizabeth, the wife of Captain B HAINES, R.N., and daughter of the late John FARR, Esq., of North Cove Hall.

8th September, at Mutford, Mrs Elizabeth SMITH, in the 84th year of her age. She resided for upwards of 60 years in this parish.

9th September, at Beccles, Miss Margaret MAKEPEACE, late of Worthing.

9 th September, at Geldeston, Thomas TOVELL, labourer, leaving a large family to deplore their loss.

DEATHS

7 September, at the Ingate Mill, Beccles, in the 46th year of her age, Eliza, the beloved wife of Mr James ARTIS. She bore a long affliction with christian fortitude, and her end was peace.

14 September, at Beccles, very suddenly, in the 62nd year of his age Mr William STANFORD, for 23 years, the relieving officer for the Beccles district of the Wangford Union.

21 September, at St Michael's Church, Beccles, by the Rev C H MILLER, curate, Phillip, son of Mr Robert HAYWARD, cooper, to Matilda, daughter of Mr George WIGG.

21 September, at Toft Monks, by the Rev _ Nicholas, B.A., Thornton Mace, eldest son of Mr Thornton Napp THURLTON, to Maria, eldest daughter of Mr Jonathan DAWSON, of Toft Monks.

22 September, at the Baptist Chapel, Lowestoft, by the Rev J E DOVEY, Mr James ANDREWS, of Pakefield, to Miss Mary STEWART, of the former place.

DEATHS

5th July last, on board the "Daphne", on the voyage to England, Mr George HILLING, late of Great Yarmouth, and of Sydney, New South Wales.

18 September, after a long affliction, borne with christian fortitude, Ann, the beloved wife of Mr William MORGAN, of Laxfield, aged 54 years.

20 September, at his residence in Bethel Street, Norwich, Mr James CHAPMAN, formerly of Bungay, aged 88 years.
