"BRATTON SEYMOUR, (or Bratton St. Maur), a parish in the hundred of Norton-Ferris, in the county of Somerset, 2 miles to the N.W. of Wincanton, its post town. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Bath and Wells, of the value of £161, in the patronage of Sir R. Lopes, Bart., and J. Hodges, Esq., alternately.
