"SUTTON-BINGHAM, a parish in the hundred of Hundsborough, county Somerset, 3½ miles S.W. of Yeovil, its post town. It is a station on the direct London and Exeter railway. The village is situated on the river Yeo. The living is a rectory'* is the diocese of Bath and Wells, value £214. The church, dedicated to All Saints, was formerly a chapel to Malmesbury Abbey. W. H.
