The  Lord of this  mannor as  in the  right of the  same mannor
hath  the dryft  of ye forest  of Bradon  adioyning therunto as
much therof  as lyeth  within  the  parishe of  brinckworth  as
often in a yere as his bayliffe will dryve.

The Lord  of this mannor hath in  the same free warren, wayfes,
strayes,  felons, goods &  deodans, twoe  leetes or lawdayes in
the same yerlie to be holden.

The demeasnes  of the mannor of  Brinckworth paye  noe tythe to
the parson  of Brinckworth  & all  the tenants  of this  mannor
have common  of pasture throughout  the whole  forest of Bradon
att  all  tymes of  the  yere  without  stynt  & besides  other
commons they have common  in one ground called the Marshe being
twoe hundred acres or therabouts.

The customarie  tenants of this mannor  doe paye  yerlie to the
farmer of  the demeasnes certein  money called meadsilver,  and
the  Lord  doth  receyve  yerlie  ten  shillings  of  the  said
meadsilver, & diverse  of the  said coppieholders doe make  the
haye  of one  meadowe  of the  farmers  called Custome  Mead as
appeareth by their coppies.

The customarie tenants of this  mannor doe paye pannage  to the
Lord att Michmas  yerlie, that ys to saye  for everie hogg of a
yere old &  upwards 1d &  for a  shott ob but  for a sowe or  a
bore nothing.

The Lord  of this  mannor hath  certeine lands  parcell of  the
said mannor  called by the names  of the  Newe Parke, Oxethick,
Wickhurst,  Woodhall  &  Blackmore,  cont  by  estimation eight
hundred acres,  wherin are trees of  greate valewe,  to be sold
or otherwise  to  be shrowded  & therby  to yeld  a present  or
future benyfitt alsoe to  the Lord, seeing in those parte fuell
nowe  begyn to  growe  verie scant,  &  the contrie  there doth
alreadie fetch coles some 12  myles of or therabouts  for their
necessarie fewell.

The   totall  some   of  the   yerlie   rents  of   fretenants,
coppieholders,  indenture  holders  for   2000  yeres  &  other
tenants of  the demeasnes of this  mannor &  of ye courtsilver,
meadsilver, hens  & cocks valued  as aforesaid doth amount unto
per annum to my Lord £52 4s 7d.

The yerlie value of all the coppieholds,  indenture holds other
then  for 2000 yeres & of the demeasnes yf  they were all in my
