"YORK ST OLAVE, a parish in the city of York."

"CLIFTON, a township in the parishes of York St Olave, and York St Michael-le-Belfrey, city and Ainsty of York. It comprises part of the N.W. suburb of the city, and contains the county lunatic asylum, a fine edifice, under the management of Dr. S. Hill."
