Died at Albert, France, 7th September 1916, Aged 31 years
Lieut Cecil ULLYOTT 5th East Yorkshire Regiment
Killed in Action in France 23rd August 1918, Aged 27 years

Died at Bailleul, 6th December 1917, aged 33 years"
