This is on the south wall inside the church of St Mary and St Lawrence, in the village of Rosedale Abbey.
It is of brass within a wooden frame
At the top of the wooden frame is carved:
PARISH OF ROSEDALE
At the bottom of the wooden frame is carved: THANKS BE TO GOD WHO GIVETH US THE VICTORY
At the top of the brass plate are the words: TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN HONOUR OF THE
MEN FROM THIS PARISH WHO FOUGHT IN THE
