| This church was formerly known as the Mission Church of St Hilda's in Delph. It was re-dedicated to St Thomas when the original St Thomas's (also known as Heights Chapel) was de-consecrated. The 'real' St Thomas's Friarmere dominated the skyline over Castleshaw valley. Now in care of The Churches Conservation Trust [ Ian Douthwaite, 2003 ] |
