Note 1: Most illustrious Prince, Duke of Leeds, Marquis of Carmarthen, Earl of Danby, Viscount Latimer and Dumblan, Baron of Kiveton, & Knight of the Most Noble Order of the Garter, died 26 July 1712, in the 81st year of his age.
Note 2: The Right Honourable and eldest son of the Marquis of Carmarthen, and Grandson of the Duke of Leeds, who died at Utrecht on 09 August 1711, interred at Ste.Margaret's and afterward removed to Westminster Vault at Harthill Church.
Note 3: The Most Honourable Lady Marchioness of Carmarthen, wife of Peregrine Hyde Osborne, Lord Marquis of Carmarthen & eldest daughter of Robert, Earl of of Oxford and Mortimer, Lord High Treasurer of Great Britain, who died 20 November 1713 in the 28th year of her age, [after having lain in about 14 days of a Son, which she left living, named Thomas].
