of Baildon. Ellen, my wife, to have her third part. To her and Nicholas, my son, my fermehold, giving
to Margaret, my dau., an other third. Of the remaining third I give to Bryan, my son, 20s.; to Alice
Rods, 4d.; to Robert Lister, one graye jacket; to Thomas Whitakers, one gray dublet; to John Wadd, one
ewe; to William Beiston, one gymber hogge; to Alice B., 6d.; to Alice Wadd, 6d. Wife Ellen, and son
Nicholas, executors. Witnesses - Richard Illingworth, William Hudson, John Swanne, Robert Becke, and
Thomas Butterfield and others. Proved at York, 21 February 1572-3. April 13, 1577, Bryan Beyston,
gen., was confirmed tutor of Robert Beyston, son of Robert B., arm., late of Beyston. Act Book -
