To Mabble Birkhead, my wyf, for lyf, that my half burgage which I now dwell in, in Withall, the edifice
and buildings erected thereupon, and that my tenement in the Viccar Layne, with the rights etc., now
in the tenure of John Craven, and that my close called Sykylback, and close nye unto Shipskar Bridge.
Unto Thomas B., my son, and his hrs., after the decease of Mabbill, my wife, all that said tenement
in Viccar Lane, close nye Shipskar Bridge, lease in Sikleback, for the term yet expire [4 score years],
to pay to Anthony B., his brother, and Anne B., his sister, £20, equally divided, and for lack of the
£20, I give to Anthony the tenement of John Craven and the close near Shipskar Bridge, Anthony paying
his sister Anne £10. Goods to be divided into three parts; one to the performance of this will, one
to my wife, and the third to Anthony B., and Anne B., my s. and d. And as for Thomas B., my son, I
have given him £20 for his part of my holle goods for his child's part. Residue to Anthony and Anne.
Mabble, my wife, sole executrix. George Robinson and Richard Cowper, supervisors. Witnesses - George
Robinson, Richard Cowper, and William Foster, the wryter. -
