1574; proved 3 August 1575. To Jane, my wife, my lands, leases, and tacks, that I have, for her
life. To William C., my son, my tenement, with one close called the Ladie Flattes, in Leeds Fields,
and all my webster geer belonging to my lombe, and all the ymplements belonging to my
sheerborde. To the poor, 40s. To Robert C., my son, 10£. To Thomas C., the lease of
Broedinge, after the decease of my wife. To my four children that be married, ie., Richard C.,
daughter Elizabeth, daughter Agnes, and daughter Margaret, 40s each. Residue to wife and
Robert and William C., who are to be executors. Witnesses - Thomas Olreid, Henry Fletcher,
Christopher Weste, and others.
