proved 5 October 1581: caveat 2 August 1581: - Body to be buried in churchyard of Leeds. To
wife, Anne W., the third part of my goods, my lease except. Rest, after debts, &c., are paid,
amongst my children, the lease which I have of Mr. Savill hands only except, which I do by this
will give to William, my son, Robert, my son, and Anne, my wife, equally, for the years unexpired.
John W., my son, shall have a bedrome within my howse, in the chamber over the parlour, where
he was wont to lie, if he need it. Executors - Anne W., my wife; William W., and Robert W.
Witnesses: - Thomas Hayle, Richard Garforth, John Thornton, and Christopher Clerk.
