proved 17 December 1585: - Body to be buried in parish church yard of Leeds. To brother, John
Barmbie, my crosebowe, with the furnitur thereto belonging. To Anne Ives, best yowe and lambe.
Sister Alice, 2 yowe lambs. Grace Barmbie, one yowe lambe. Servants, 12d. each. Rest of
goods to executrix, Mercy, my wife. Supervisors: - Henry Ambler, William Marshall, Lawrence
Rawson, and Richard Ellis, to each of whom I give 5s. To George A., son of Henry Ambler,
balyffe of Leeds, 6£. 13s. 4d. out of the tithe of Potternewton. To Thomas Rawson, son of
Lawrence R., 6£. to be paid upon a bond, now in controversie, upon the recoverie of the bond.
