Kilcommock
"KILCOMMOCK, pa(rish) , Moydow, Rathcline, and Shrule bar(onies), S. co. Lonf(ord), Ir(eland), 2 1/2 n. of Ballymahon, on the road to Longford; ac(res) 11,862. The surface consists of poor land, and comprises much bog. The Royal Canal intersects the western portion of the pa(rish). The pa(rish) church, situated in the vil(lage) of Keenagh, was erected in 1837. Lismacmurragh and Mosstown are seats."
