KILPATRICK, a parish, in the barony of KILNEMANAGH, county of TIPPERARY, and province of MUNSTER, 41/2 miles (N. N. E.) from Tipperary; containing 1483 inhabitants and 2475 statute acres. It is a rectory and vicarage, in the diocese of Cashel, forming part of the union of Ballintemple; the tithes amount to £148. There are two private schools, in which about 160 children are educated.
