It was founded in 1729. It closed after 1966.
The congregation was formed at Blairdaff in 1729 after the death of the Rev. John Burnett in 1728, the last Episcopalian parish minister of Monymusk. It removed to Monymusk about 1800, when the present Church, built as a house about 1790, was fitted up for worship. A chancel was added late in the 19th century.
