Netherton or Netherton Quarry, a village in new Kilpatrick Parish, Dumbartonshire, 5 miles NW of Glasgow. It adjoins a quarry of very fine buff-coloured sandstone, and has a public school. There is a chapel of ease at Temple of Garscube, erected in 1891-92 at a cost of about £3,700.
