Gazetteer of Markets and Fairs in England and Wales to 1516. The Gazetteer compiled by Dr Samantha Letters is a catalogue of markets and fairs in medieval England and Wales. This is the first comprehensive national survey.

The Geoff Charles Collection The work of photojournalist Geoff Charles (1909-2002). The entire collection at the NLW consists of about 120,000 images about 15,000 can be viewed here.

The John Thomas Collection John Thomas (1838-1905) was a Welsh photographer based in Liverpool. The collection at the NLW includes some 4,500 images, mainly Welsh landscape and portraiture

Thomas Rowlandson A collection of drawings and watercolours of Welsh landscapes at the NLW by Thomas Rowlandson (1756-1827), one of England's most talented draughtsmen and satirists Examples from the National Library of Wales's collection of Drawing volumes, including the work of Penry Williams (1802-1885). Part of the 'Treasures' series. "The bulk of the Library's collection dates from the 19th century, although there are some excellent 18th century examples..."
