The National Gazetteer of Great Britain and Ireland - 1868

In 1868, the parish of Clydey contained the following places:

"CLYDEY, a parish in the hundred of Cilgerran, in the county of Pembroke, 5 miles S.W. of Newcastle-Emlyn. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of St. David's, value £101, in the patronage of the bishop. The church is dedicated to St. Clydai. Fairs are held on the 13th May, the 17th September, and the 30th October."
