Cerizim was the original name, it ended up as Gerazim Baptist Chapel. Built 1848, rebuilt 1880. It replaced Capel Soar, about 250m along the road to the east. No graveyard is obvious, but Capel Soar (no longer shown as a building on old OS maps, so probably demolished) is shown as having a graveyard, so it may have used that.
