Rev Andrew BORRADALE educated at Charter House and Jesus College, Cambridge.
He took degrees of MA.  In 1706 was made Lieutenant of Dragoons by Duke of Marlborough.  
Married Frances, daughter of Colonel Jacob Ashley, of Co. Norfolk.  Quitted army and entered 
Holy Orders and became Rector of this place, has resided 42 years.  JP.
Had 14 children, only 4 survived him.  He died 23 Mar 1752 at 68 years.
Frances died 3 mar 1741/2 at 60 years.
Erected by youngest son,, Captain Jacob BORRADALE.    Arms.
Rev Lawrence MAYDWELL  AB  36 years Rector of this parish, obit 14 Mar 1788 at 88 years.
Also his mother, Katherine MAYDWELL, died 28 Dec 1672 at 76 years.   Arms.
