"BADDESLEY ENSOR, a parish in the Tamworth division of the hundred of Hemlingford, in the county of Warwick, 2 miles to the N.W. of Atherstone, its post town. The living is a perpetual curacy in the diocese of Worcester, value £106, in the patronage of the inhabitants of the parish. The church is dedicated to St. Michael."
