"LENCHWICK, a tything and chapelry in the parish of Norton, lower division of the hundred of Blackenhurst, county Worcester, 2 miles N. of Evesham, its post town. The village consists of a few farmhouses. The living is a curacy annexed to the vicarage of Norton, in the diocese of Worcester. The church, which was dedicated to St. Michael, has been demolished."
