Updates to printed volumes

Although every care is taken to ensure that our transcripts are as as accurate as possible there have been a very few volumes where we have discovered errors subsequent to publication. Volumes that have subsequently made available on CD, after going out of print, have been updated to include the corrections, but if you have the original printed volume please print and add these changes to your printed volume.
