the residue to elizabeth goddard of hidden aforesaid widow, my mother in law,
to the use of elizabeth goddard my daughter which said elizabeth goddard my mother in law i make my sole executrix, dated 16 december 1671

memorandum: before the ensealing and publishing etc i desire my brother john goddard of hidden gent, roger beckingham and roger baker of hidden aforesaid yeomen to be my overseers

chamber over the hall,chamber over the kitchen, in the garrett over the hall chamber, in the hall, in the kitchen, in the buttery, 9 fat hogs, 9 score pigs, 3 kine, 3 bullocks, 107 sheep, 5 horses and their harneses, the lease of a certain parcel of ground called the lower sands situate in hidden aforesaid
more desparate debts due to the deceased from mr john goddard his brother for 6 years diet at £8 per annum, £48 expenses on the said mr john goddard at the time of his sickness and for his funeral expenses £10-0-0
