Proceedings at the Forty-Ninth Annual Meeting of the Devonshire Association

Trans. Devon. Assoc., vol.  XLII, (1910), pp. 22-37.

by

Maxwell Adams (General Secretary)

Prepared by Michael Steer

The Association’s proceedings were tabled at its July 1910 Collumpton meeting. Members of the Association’s Collumpton group organised an impressive number of escorted visits to local churches and stately homes, as well as hosted a splendid social programme. The proceedings are, therefore, replete with names and interests of the locals and visitors who participated in this significant East Devon event. The Proceedings, from a copy of a rare and much sought-after journal can be downloaded from the Internet Archive. Google has sponsored the digitisation of books from several libraries. These books, on which copyright has expired, are available for free educational and research use, both as individual books and as full collections to aid researchers.
