The living is a rectory, valued in K.B. at £24, in the patronage of Jno. G. Johnson, Esq., and incumbency of the Rev. J. H. Moore-Stevens, M.A. who has a good residence and 83 acres of glebe. The tithes are commuted at £460 a year. Register dates from 1654. The WESLEYANS have a chapel here, and at Bridgereeve is an INDEPENDENT CHAPEL. The NATIONAL SCHOOL was built in 1860 at a cost of £600, raised by voluntary contribution, aided by Government grant.
