By his will testator gives as follows:
To his daughter Elizabeth Wreford, £100 at 21.
To his son Roger Wreford, £100 at 21.
To his daughter Mary Wreford, £100 at 21.
To his son Nicholas "all the rest of my houses, rents, leases, tenements, and goods upon condition that he shall pay all my debts and legacies and I make him sole executor."
"And I do make Emanuel Harvey the Elder of Zeal Monachorum William Wrayford of Clannaborough and William Tucker of North Tawton my Trustees."
Witnesses: Robert Cobley and William Hutchings.
Administration granted July 14, 1665, to the trustees above-mentioned during the minority of Nicholas, the executor.
