Will of Margrett Burgonie or Burgony, Spinster of Braunton

In the name of God amen the three and twentyth day of june in the yeare of our Lord God according to the computation of the church of England one thousand six hundred fortie eight.
I Margrett Burgonie of the parish of Braunton in the countie of Devon, spinster daughter of William Burgoin late of Braunton aforesaid gent deceased, being sicke in body but of good and perfect memory thanks bee to almighty God for the same doe hereby revoke all former wills by mee here to fore made and i doe make and ordaine this my last will and testament in mannor and forme following (impis)? I doe commend my soul unto the hands of almighty God my maker hoping stedfastly that through the merits of Jesus Christ my saviour and redeemer to attaine eternal life and my body to the earth.
Alsoe I give to the poore of the parish of Braunton foure pounds to be distributed by my executor herein named of foure severall Eastors by equall twentie shillings a yeare as my said executor shall thinke fitt.
Alsoe I give to the poore of the parish of Hartland twentie shillings to be distributed at the discretion of my executor.
Alsoe I give to Robert Burgoine my brother fourtyfower pounds to be paid at the end of one year next after my death.
Alsoe I give and bequeath unto my sister Mary Burgoine twentie pounds to be paid at the end of one year next after my death.
Alsoe I give unto my sister Elizabeth Burgoine fourtie pounds to be paid at the end of two years next after my death.
Alsoe I give and bequeath to each of my brother in laws; Robert Atkin, Thomas Atkin and Anthony Atkin tenn shillings a peece.
Alsoe I give to each of my sister in laws; Mary Atkin and Elizabeth Atkin five shillings a peece.
Alsoe I bequeath unto Christian Simons the wife of (nk) Simons of Branton twentie shillings.
Item I give unto Agnes Barnes of Northam widdow tenn shillings.
Alsoe I give unto my father in law Mr. William Atkin a mourning suit and cloak.
Alsoe I give unto my mother Mrs. Margrett Atkin a mourning gown and scarfe.
Alsoe I give unto my aunt Mrs Elizabeth Incledon a gown and scarfe.
Alsoe I give and bequeath unto my sisters Mary Burgoine and Elizabeth Burgoine all my cloathes and apparrell to be equallie divided between them.
Alsoe I give and bequeath to my sister in law Genne Atkin five shillings
Alsoe I give to my aunt Miss Frances Atkin a scarfe and a peare of gloves
Alsoe I give to my brother in laws William Atkin and John Atkin to each of them two shillings and sixpence apeece.
All the rest of my goods and chattells not herein before given and bequeathed, my funerall expenses discharged and legacies paid i doe wholly give and bequeath unto my brother William Burgoine whom i doe make and ordaine my sole executor of this my last will and testament in witness whereof i have published this my last will and testament the day and year above said in the presence of those whole names are here subscribed,signed Margrete Burgoine signed sealed and acknowledged by the said Margrett Burgoine to bee her last will and testament in the presence of us; George Montioth, William Harding, John May,
