This is the last Will and Testament of me David Pryce Cumby of Brixham in the County of Devon Esquire one of the Lieutenants of His Majesty's Navy & now appointed to the command of the Signal Post on Berry Head who being in good health do make this my last Will and Testament in manner & form following I give & bequeath to my Son William Pryce Cumby my ffather's Picture and my Spy Glass And to my Son Charles Mash Cumby my Watch Gold Sleeve Buttons & my Gold headed Cane Also I give & bequeath unto my dear Wife Susanna Cumby all my money Securities for money Household Goods Chattels Estate & Effects of what nature or kind soever not by me herein & hereby before given & disposed of To hold the same unto my said Wife her Exors Admors & assigns And also such real Estates as I shall be seized of at the time of my death And I do nominate constitute & appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my last Will & Testament hereby revoking & making void all & every other Will or Wills at any time heretofore by me made & do declare this to be my last Will & Testament In Witness whereof I the said David Pryce Cumby have hereunto set my hand & seal this thirtieth day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred D P Cumby
