Appeared personally Robert Bartlett of Withycombe House in the Parish of Chipstable in the County of Somerset, gentleman, one of the Executors named in the last Will and Testament of Nancy Ayshford late of Colyton in the County of Devon widow deceased who died on or about the eighth day of February 1856.

The last Will and Testament of Nancy Ayshford of Colyton in the County of Devon widowWhereas I am in the possession of a moiety or part of an Estate called or known by the name of Oakhill in the Parish of Branscombe I hereby give devise bequeath and appoint the same in equal parts shares and proportions unto my three sons Robert Bartlett, Edward Ford Bartlett and Francis Bartlett their Executors Administrators or Assigns I also give devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my effects equally between my three sons Robert, Edward and Francis who I nominate and appoint executors to this my last will and Testament in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of May one thousand eight hundred and forty three
