William BerrymanCommitted by Christopher Bale esq, the 16th day of August and charged for returning from Transportation within the time limitted by the Act of parliament.
William HarrentonCommitted by Rawlin Mallock esq the Twentysixth day of August and charged on suspicion for robbing Mary Hoskin and Agnes Cator of Marldon on the Kings Highway and taking from them a half crown or three shillings in silver half pennys and farthings.
George HockadayCommitted by Thomas Pyne esq the 28th day of August and charged upon oath for stealing a Red mare from Richard ffrankling of Tamerton.
John HannafordCommitted by William Elford esq the 2nd day of September and charged upon oath with the suspicion of feloniously breaking open the shop belonging to the dwelling house of Susanna Turker and taking thereout three peney of Dowlas some money silk lace and other things in the night time.
