Prudence HodgeCommitted by John Gibbs esq the 23rd day of July and charged on oath for feloniously taking away a piece of Serge from Sir Thomas Bury Knight within the City of Exon.
Mary PearceCommitted by William Bickford esq the 13th day of August and charged for breaking open the house of John Gilbert of Bradworthy and feloniously taking from therein severell pieces of Linnen Woollen and other things.
Thomas LobCommitted by William Coleman esq the 18th day of August and charged on oath with the suspicion of breaking and entering the stable of James Eveleigh of Halberton and stealing and carrying away from therein a [peill] of Wooll and [pinions].
