Jonathan Wyatt | For breaking the close of Walter Channon at Bradnich called the Orchard and for unlawfully taking and carrying away a half bushell of Peas val 2s:6d and half a Bushell of Plumbs val 2s:6d de bon paid Walter Channon. |
Samuel Doe | For permitting Obadia Reed [taken upon a warrant under the hand and seale of Theodore Tanner esq one of his Majesties Justices of this County] to Escape. The Deponant being a Guardsman and the said Obediah Reed Committed to the Charge of him and others by Thomas Scott Constable of Kenton. |
John Coombes | For making an Assault and affray upon Elizabeth Rhode alias Bampfold and for beating wounding and Evilly intreating her. |
