Samuel DoeFor permitting Obadia Reed [taken upon a warrant under the hand and seale of Theodore Tanner esq one of his Majesties Justices of this County] to Escape. The Deponant being a Guardsman and the said Obediah Reed Committed to the Charge of him and others by Thomas Scott Constable of Kenton.
