| William Stanbury | Committed by George Strange Mayor of Bideford the Eleventh day of September and charged upon oath on Suspicion of feloniously taking and stealing out of a box in the house of Thomas the sum of Twenty pounds in Gold and upwards. |
| Thomas Parrett | Committed by Daniel Newcome esq the 15th day of September and charged on suspicion of feloniously breaking the Dwelling house of Richard Marker [jnr] of Ottery St Mary and taking and carrying away from thence Twenty Eight padds of white woolsted yarne. |
