William StanburyCommitted by George Strange Mayor of Bideford the Eleventh day of September and charged upon oath on Suspicion of feloniously taking and stealing out of a box in the house of Thomas the sum of Twenty pounds in Gold and upwards.
Thomas ParrettCommitted by Daniel Newcome esq the 15th day of September and charged on suspicion of feloniously breaking the Dwelling house of Richard Marker [jnr] of Ottery St Mary and taking and carrying away from thence Twenty Eight padds of white woolsted yarne.
Elizabeth WillmottCommitted by Henry Incledon esq the 26th day of September and charged for feloniously taking and stealing fourteen Gold and Stone rings out of a Box belonging to Grace ffleming.
Lawrence HooperCommitted by Sir Henry Northcott Bart and John Hanle esq the 26th day of September and charged on suspicion of committing a Robbery on Mary Tepper in the Common Highway and taking from her one Apron two Caps two handkerchiefs and a pair of shoes.
