Richard LamacraftCommitted August 2nd 1765 by James Carrington clerk charge of feloniously Taking and Stealing Spinneng Turn ye Property of Mary Isaac of Crediton. [comment: Transported for 7years].
William HandcockCommitted August 19th 1765 by John Luxmore esq Charged for suspicion of a Burglary and Felloney in breaking and Entering ye shop of Hannah Pidler of Oakhampton and stealing thereout Divers sums of Money one Silk handkerchief and other Goods being ye money and ye proper Goods of hannah Pidler.

Committed August 22nd 1765 by John Holles esq charged by the Oath of Alexander Cowen and their own confession with feloniously stealing from their Master two Mahogany Tea Chests with Tea Canisters one Carpenters Rule ith a Brass slide four penknives one Razer three Gimbletts three pair of scissors a part of a piece of Green Check a quantity of Lace one paper snuff Box one Comb Two Gimbletts two remnants of Lace ye property of Alexander Cowen of Stoke Damerall. Elizabeth HorwillCommitted August 22nd 1765 by John Holles esq she is charged by ye oaths of Alexander Cowen of ye parish of Stoke Damerall Upholsterer and ye confession of Thomas Clemay with Receiving from ye said Thomas Clemay ye following goods three penknives a part of a piece of Green Checks a quantity of lace a Remnant of paper one ivory Combe three pair of scissors two Gimbletts one Mahogony Tea Chest one Iron Candle Stick which goods was stolen from Alexander Cowen and she knowing them to be stolen.
