Francis Abrahams | No 112 7th December 8 George 3 For unlawfully selling two Oxen Alive which he had then lately before Bought without having kept or Fed the same by the space of Five Weeks. [witnesses: Peter Tilly; Richard hicks; Samuel Saterly - comment: Not Guilty]. |
William Pedlar | No 132 1st December 3 George 3. For fraudently Wickedly knowingly deceitfully deceiving and defrauding the Inhabitants of the Parish of Sourton of the sum of One Pound Six Shillings and Eightpence by Asserting and pretending that he had paid to the clerk of the peace the sum of two Pounds and Ten Shillings for a fine Laid on the said Inhabitants for Highways which he had then before been Presented by Mr. Justice Buller Whereas in fact he only paid the sum of One Pound three shillings and fourpence for Respecting the said Presentment.
