William BerrymanCommitted by Christopher Bale esq the Sixteenth day of August and charged for returning from Transportation within the time limitted by the Act of Parliament.
William HarrentonCommitted by Rawlin Mallock esq the twenty sixth day of August and charged on suspicion for Robbing Mary Hoskin and Agnes Cator of Marldon on the Kings highway and taking from them a half crown or three shillings in silver half pennys and farthings.
George HockadayCommitted by Thomas Pyne esq the Twenty eighth day of August and charged upon oath for stealing a Red mare from Richard ffrankling of Tamerton.
