Will of Mary Nosworthy, Widow, of Crediton

I Mary Nosworthy of Crediton in the County of Devon Widow make and declare this Writing for my last Will and Testament that is to say I give and bequeath the whole of the property of whatever nature it may be whether landed or personal of which I may be possessed at the time of my death after the payment of my just debts and funeral Expences To ffrancis Shute of Crediton Serge Manufacturer and Bartholomew Parr Pope of Exeter haberdasher In trust for the sole use and benefit of my beloved daughter Elizabeth Parr Taylor during the continuance of her natural life not subject to the controul or the payment of the debt or debts of her present husband or any future one to whom she may be .... married and after the death of my said daughter I give and bequeath the whole of my property to the foresaid ffrancis Shute and Bartholomew Parr Pope In trust to be equally and equitably divided between all her children that may be living at the time of her death when and as they respectively arrive at the age of 21 years and during their minority my Will is that the rent Interest and dividends of the same be laid out and expended for the use and benefit of their Education And lastly I nominate constitute and appoint the already named ffrancis Shute and Bartholomew Parr Pope whole and sole Executors in trust of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of July one thousand eight hundred and twenty two M Nosworthy
