Proved 17 May 1591 by executors.

To be buried in the church of Crediton.

To poor of Crediton 10s.

To Elizabeth daughter of Matthew Kingwill & Emmott daughter of Joan Clarke, heifers.

If John Stronge will take away his daughter Petronell from my wife & son in law Giles Kingwill that they be no more troubled nor charged with her, she shall be paid 20s.

To my daughter Anne How2.

To my wife's goddaughter Margaret How3.

To Joan Clarke, Robert Kingwill & Matthew Kingwill my wife's children 40s. apiece.

To my brother William my best jerkin & to my brother John 20s. &c.

To my neighbour John Warren4.
