The fifth Day of ffebruary in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand six hundred fifty three Alice ffarwell of the Parish of Dartington in the County of Devon being sick of body but perfect of memory thankes be unto Almighty God for it made her last Will and Testament as followeth, my Will and minde is and I give and bequeath my Soule unto Almighty God and my body to be buried in Christian Buriall In the name of God Amen Imprimis I give and bequeath unto Henry ffarwell my sonne one Horse and a greate Chest, one bed that lyeth in the Truckle Three platter Dishes two milke pannes one bedsted in the Parlour one payre of Candlesticks five hoggsheads one payre of blanketts one Coverlett one boulster Imprimis I give unto Mary Kellagood my Daughter four Silver Spoones Item I give unto Margaret fford my Daughter one Cloake and Wastcoate Item I give unto William fforde one Cowe Item I give unto Grace Edwards one bed in the Hall Chamber one gowne one Cote one panne ..... two platter dishes Item I give unto Robert Kellagood the Sonne of Robert Kellagood one payre of weavers Loomes and a Cheese panne Item I give unto Elizabeth Kellagood the Daughter of Robert Kellagood a Coate and Waistcoate is ......... scarlett and halfe the Linnen Clothes in the Coffer in the Parlor Item I give unto Henry ffarwell the sonne of Henry ffarwell one Ewe and a Caske hath a broken brimme one Tableboard in the drinkehouse Chamber and one silver spoone Item unto Rebecca fford the Daughter of William fford one silver spoone all the rest of my goods and Chattells my Will and minde is and I doe give and bequeath unto Sarah fford the Daughter of William fford whome my Will and minde is and doe make my Executor in witnesse of those whose names are hereunder written ll these to be paid and delivered immediately after my decease Alice ffarwill The signe of George Williams William ffoster
