Executors in TrustThe said Richard Birdwood and Arthur Farwell -xxxxxxx sole Legatees in Trust As the Testators personal Estate (as declared in his Will) was not sufficient to pay his just Debts he devises his Lands and Copy hold Estates to his said Trustees for the payment of the same and the surplus arising by sale thereof the Interest & produce thereof to be applied to the Use of his Sister Frances Searle Wife of John Searle of Dartington aforesaid Gent. and at her death the said Surplus Money to be equally divided amongst all her Children.
