I Mary Ougier of Dartmouth Widow do hereby devise and bequeath unto my Granddaughters Mary Ougier and Sarah Ougier the house in which I now reside together with all other Lands Tenements and Hereditaments Goods and Chattells of what kind or nature soever I may be possessed of or intitled unto at the time of my decease share and share alike hereby revoking all other Wills or Bequests whatever and declaring this to be my Last Will and Testament of which I appoint my Granddaughter Mary Ougier aforesaid Executor Witness my hand and Seal this 3rd day of Novr 1807 Mary Ougier Sealed and delivered in Presence of Mary Sparke _ Ann Ford _ Ann Downing
